It has come to the attention of the Dairy Standard Agency that a draft regulation R of 2 JulyRegulations relating to milk and dairy products: amendment is currently in circulation in the dairy and retail industry and used as reference document for food safety specifications.
These Regulations prescribe quality requirements for raw milk used for further processing. They prohibit the use or sale of raw milk that contains an excess of antibiotics or other microbiological or foreign substances, has gone sour or is not packed in accordance with these Regulations.
